Scaliton ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through scaliton.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit our contact / growth assessment form:

• Name
• Email address
• Business name or website
• Business type
• Details of the growth challenge you describe to us

The enquiry form works without advertising cookies. Where optional Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose to allow analytics. You can change that choice through Analytics preferences. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. We do not send the contents of your enquiry to analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the growth assessment you requested
• Communicate with you about our services, if you choose to proceed
• Maintain an internal record of enquiries for our own business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How your information is stored

Enquiries are stored in a private directory on our hosting account, outside the public website folder. An email notification may also be sent to Scaliton’s business mailbox. Our hosting and email providers process this information to operate these services.

4. Data sharing

Our hosting and email providers may process enquiry information on our behalf. If optional analytics is enabled and you consent, Google processes website usage information. We do not sell your details. Other disclosure is limited to providing agreed services or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data

9. Website security and usage information

Our hosting provider may retain access logs. To limit automated form abuse, the enquiry endpoint uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers. If you allow analytics, page-view and interaction events may be measured; form names, email addresses and messages are excluded.
