Scaliton ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through scaliton.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly when you submit our contact / growth assessment form:

• Name
• Email address
• Business name or website
• WhatsApp number (optional)
• Business type
• Details of the growth challenge you describe to us

We do not currently use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any such technology is deployed.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the growth assessment you requested
• Communicate with you about our services, if you choose to proceed
• Maintain an internal record of enquiries for our own business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How your information is stored

Form submissions are processed via Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Scaliton. Google acts as our data processor for this purpose; you can review Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Data sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required to provide our services to you (for example, if you engage us and a specific project requires it, which we would agree with you directly), or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
